Our current wait times range from 6 to 20 weeks. However, this varies based on the type of project, be it plastering, bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting, or damp proofing.

10. Do you require upfront payment?
Typically, no. But for projects that demand significant initial expenses, especially when we need to order materials like quartz worktops, kitchen units, or high-end freestanding baths, we might ask for an advance. Most of our clients pay in full once the project is completed and signed off.
11. What are “core materials”?
By “core materials”, we mean fundamental building supplies. This includes items like timber, plasterboards, flexi pipes, copper pipes, tile adhesive, grout, silicone, screws, elbows, drainage pipes, dust sheets, primers, tanking kits, cement boards, plywood, and more.
